WEEK 1  

Light to Shadow

  • They have different materialities. 

  • they connect each other by different media in some way. the media determine how the shadows look like.

Sound to Visual

Using sound to measure the distance from A to B. 

Visualize different sound in some different shapes.

You can play around by changing the volume and the frequency of the sound.

Future Transportation(from space to space over the city)

How people experience their trip when the transportation is getting faster and faster

What if we create an experience with dynamic surroundings during their trip. 

WEEK 2  

Sound to Visual

I talked about the idea with Jonathan, the feedback is really great. I have actually experienced a place in Mexico about Maya people in history. They built some walls by using echolocation which really inspired me.

I think it can be a direction to work with this idea. I am going to build a long hallway and trying to manipulate different sounds in Unreal. 

WEEK 8

 

The final idea

I would like to continue my midterm shooting game idea but focus more on the auto-tracking perspective.I found some tutorials to add more details of AI enemy. 

1. adding soundtracking function and attacking players automatically. 

2. adding born and dead scenario to AI enemy

3. making an easier surrounding and adding dynamic barriers. (focus more on the interaction part from the complex architecture before.)
