How computation applies to my interests? 

​

I would like to share one of my previous projects when I was doing architecture. it is a kind of huge organic installation that has biomorph shape ideas from the microcell structure. The goal is trying to reflect the whole city environment situation. I used a parametric modeling strategy to generate the basic shape of this installation because the idea is from the cell itself. I tried to make a connection.

However, I have been thinking about how to make my installation breath like a life. Bubble composed the surface then I was thinking to control those bubbles open and close to make a scene of they are taking a breath. So at that time, I began to realize that competition can be a strong tool in my design process. 

​

During creating my sketch,  I did meet some difficulties to draw an accurate curve position, like how this curve flow?  It is hard to understand the relationship between the coordinate and how the exact curve looks like. And I also would like to make my avtar's eyes blink for next process. This is my first time doing the programming. It is a challenge but an accomplishment. I think p5.js is a helpful web editor to start the programming field. Visualization is friendly.
